Really good stay with family focus
spacious room efficient service accessible sunbed dedicated team
The hotel rooms were very spacious and modern. It had interconnected rooms, which suited my family, great to spread out. The bar and lunch service were efficient. Sunbeds were easy to get at both the quiet pool and family pool. The daytime entertainment was good. The animation team worked hard.
The hotel room faced the delivery area so mornings included the sound of a reversing lorry.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Reception provided a good, painless service. Guest relations were available to address any questions. The service was generally attentive (except for the small delivery truck issue!).

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food. The hotel has several restaurants and bars that were generally pleasant. The food quality was high, with great variety. (The pancakes were delicious!).

The hotel is a short walk from the harbor area. Its location provides easy access to nearby attractions. It is located close to shops. The location is ideal for exploring the local area.

rainfall shower stationary bikes good variety
The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel has a gym with 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes. A commercial center with restaurants and a supermarket is very close. Breakfast has a good variety. The food station offered smoothies and prosecco.
I found the sunbeds a bit uncomfortable, definitely not what I would expect from a five-star hotel.

The room had very good facilities and the pool was nice. All the staff were great and provided professional friendly service. I also liked the lovely fragrance in the public areas.
The room had two double beds. It was not spacious for four people. The air conditioning was very loud, it was not the best. Some lamps in the room did not work either.
